Hey, Peter Conte here, CEO of Real Estate 101, and author of commercial real estate, vesting for dummies. And about a year ago, I had the opportunity to check out Seven Mile as my ad agency. And you know, they came highly recommended from someone I had known for many years in the industry, and I'd never worked with an ad agency, right? We'd done stuff ourselves. I'd worked with various different marketing people. I'd worked with, you know, some people who kind of sort of ran Facebook Ads and sort of ran YouTube ads for me, but I had never worked with, you know, a top, not top notch, agency like Seven Mile Media. And I remember when I called them up and talked to them, and, you know, asked them about what they did and what it cost. I will tell you that I was a little bit, I don't want to say, shocked, a little bit surprised about, you know, their fees, but they told me some of the things that they've been able to do for other people. And I reached out and talked to one of them, and he told me the story of how he basically said, Hey, I was about where you're at, and now I'm doing three or four times that in business, and they're awesome. And I decided to jump in and take the plunge. Initially had them doing my Facebook advertising, and now have them doing Facebook and YouTube and my remarketing advertising, and it's huge. Our business has grown by leaps and bounds. And the nicest thing about it is seven mile takes care of every single piece of the the marketing side of stuff, from the, you know, paid, paid marketing side, they are great at testing, helping with every part of my funnel to tweak it and improve it. They are able to when I've done things like a virtual conference or a did a five day challenge, I was able to talk to them ahead of time and say, Hey, I'm thinking of doing this, their response has always been great. We've done that with other people, other entrepreneurs like you, here's what you can expect. We're going to need this much time to do the initial testing. Here's about what your your opt ins are going to cost. Here's about what it's going to cost to get a customer. And it's great to be able to know ahead of time what your numbers are going to be I've wasted so much. I mean, I've been in in the the coaching and, you know, infantry info business since 1997 so many, many years, I've thrown so much money away on advertising. It's unbelievable. It's nice to be able to work with a professional ad agency like seven mile, who's able to take my marketing dollars and make sure that everyone is pulling for us? We have a bi weekly call where we go through, you know, deal with any issues, look at all the numbers and the nice again, the nice thing there is there, like, right on top of it, they're like this right here is exactly where we want it. This was, this went up over the past week, but that's because of the, you know, the season, or whatever we're seeing that in our other accounts, but we're, we're running that back in I mean, they know exactly what to do. On top of that, their executive level members that I talked with are very, very experienced in the industry, and they've been able to be, be really, like a board of advisors for me when I've had any challenges, or when I'm thinking about, you know, maybe adding a new product or expanding things, or hiring, or any of that, I'm able to talk to them, and it's almost like, you know, I don't know that they're much older than me, but, you know, like talking to a grandmother or grandfather who's been in the business for just eons of time, to be able to give me great advice, you know, just on my overall business, in addition to the marketing and paid advertising that we're doing. So if you are checking out seven mile media media and you are looking for a great advertising agency, or I don't even want to call them an ad agency, because they do so much more than that, but you know a great team of people to help you take your business, it's not even up to the next level. Again, they took my business and we've, we've, we're doing right now, like five times the business we were doing when I first got started with them, and it's been been an awesome process. I've really enjoyed working with seven mile media, and I highly, highly recommend them if you're thinking of having them help you with your business.
