The owner then decided to take his strategies to new heights by offering a fully-managed service to existing Amazon-store owners who also wanted to grow their stores to millions of dollars in profitable revenue.
As a result, the owner developed an advanced agency program combined with done-for-you services from his team in exchange for an upfront fee and a share of generated profits.
Our client approached 7 Mile Media in July 2020 to help him and his team acquire new customers and grow the business significantly for the remainder of 2020 and beyond.
After conducting a feasibility study, we determined that Facebook advertising would lead to the quickest results and within the client’s KPIs. However, once the initial advertising was proven, we also recommended moving into YouTube combined with Google Search combined with multi-layered advanced retargeting strategies via the AdRoll platform.
Having considerable experience in the space of marketing and selling of high-end programs, we developed and designed a strategy-session and application funnel. Since the client started with a very small sales team and only planned to scale when the funnel and business was proven, we also included a screening process to pre-qualify candidates before they had the opportunity to speak to the sales team.
